Alfan holds a Master of Financial Innovation & Technology (fintech) from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and is a licensed Canadian pharmacist with 35 years of frontline healthcare experience.

As the owner of Integrated Wellness, an integrated pharmacy, medical clinic and wellness provider, he lived the day-to-day reality of running a complex small business: the receipts, the reconciliation, the admin that pulls you away from growth. The tools he needed didn't exist, and other owners told him the same. Get Simpl AI builds them: practical AI for high-trust environments, where clarity, human oversight and real-world outcomes matter.
